Josep is an international M&A and financing expert in technology, infrastructure, and energy, with a strong track record across global markets.
He founded Ready Soft in 1994, one of the world’s first ISPs, later acquired by World Online and IPOed in 2000. He then launched Arena Mobile, a mobile content company with operations in over 15 countries and clients in more than 100. Arena was sold in 2008.
Over the years, Josep has worked extensively across China, Africa, Latin America, and Europe, and is now based in the Middle East. Since 2023, he has been actively advising and financing major tech and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia aligned with Vision 2030.
He began his career at KPMG and later co-founded Vitaloid and Digital Investments, while also investing in multiple early-stage ventures. He has structured and financed billion-dollar infrastructure and energy projects in partnership with Chinese SOEs such as Power China, Gezhouba, and CMCC.
Fluent in seven languages—including Spanish, Chinese, English, and French—he holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Barcelona, and completed executive programs at Oxford Saïd Business School and Università Bocconi. He is an advisor to several companies, a founding member of the British Blockchain Association, was the Silicon Valley Hub Coordinator for MyData Global, and a mentor at Techstars, Singularity University and Saudi Tourism Fund.

Rossana is a venture capital expert, specializing in Information Technology.
She has more than 15 years experience in managing startups and venture investment projects. She has corporate experience in big telecommunication and technology companies in South America such as Telefonica Group and Hewlett Packard. She co-founded ventures, among which an end-consumer technology brand and a sustainable franchise network of private stores. She opened the Iberian market for a private equity fund and built partnerships with accelerators, corporate venture builders and investors in Southern Europe.
Rossana is founder and board member at Change Americas LATAM, a consultancy company focused on strategy, innovation and change management headquartered in Colombia with franchisees in five additional LATAM countries.
Her expertise includes the thorough assessment of a startups’ financial and operational health at every stage of its growth, to the ability to build efficient teams and manage them.
She is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French, holds a degree in industrial engineering at the University of Javeriana and completed the executive MBA program of the INALDE Business School. Rossana is the mother of a boy and her passion is creating meaningful, positive and genuine impact with every initiative she is involved with.

In the past five years she has lived in the UK and worked in four different countries, engaged with more than thirty nationalities, and closed deals on four continents: North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She has a wide network of investors globally from Multi-family Offices to Corporate Ventures and top tier VC firms.
Aleksandra holds a Bachelor of Economics from a top five UK university, Durham University and Master degree of Economics & Management from the London School of Economics. She is a portfolio manager of her Family’s investments. She speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. She is passionate about working with disruptive companies that create more efficient and sustainable economies, sustainable investing, and cross-cultural communication.
